The home will have to be moved once we vacate the park as they're wanting to cater to RVs instead of mobile homes. The mobile home has a working shower, toilet, bathroom sink, kitchen sink only has hot water with the current faucet, but has a hook up ready for cold water (we have the lines but not the tools to replace them). Comes with a fridge fully functional and a few other furnishings that we are not taking with us. Selling the house as is private sale by owner and can't do showings just yet as we currently reside here and are packing and have to navigate the dogs for showing.
