The bathroom will be shared with one other person. Prefer military person stationed in Elizabeth City as I am Military. All utilities are included. Absolutely No Smoking of anything. No pets and I don't mind a few drinks with the guys occasionally, but this is not a bachelor party pad. This is a safe, relaxing place to live. The apartment complex requires a background check. It also has a Gym and a pool. I have 1 empty bedroom and 1 fully furnished. No smoking, this is to be a home a place to relax and maybe have a few drinks occasionally. Not a party place. I prefer military personnel as roommates. I am USCG. Lease terms can be negotiable. I am super easy to get along with.
