apartment is a medium sized, not huge, but not small either. Wood flooring. It is two rooms attached by a hallway with a bathroom. The kitchen is in the hallway and has a gas oven range. Rent is $515 monthly, due at the beginning of each month. Utilities are not included, but run me about $50 a month. Internet and cable ready! It is a very great location, close to Chaiyo's(great sushi), a very short walk to the bus stop that includes the trolley so you can get to UT Commons for free every 10 to 15 minutes.
