The home is fully furnished with recliner sofa's and flat screen tv in the living room. The bedroom comes with a full sized bedframe and mattress with brand new linens provided at move in. The home comes fully stocked with dishes and cookware along with a refrigerator. The back yard comes furnished with outside lounge chairs and a BBQ for when you want to cookout. The private bedroom has direct access to the backyard. Renters are placed on month to month lease arrangement. They are able to terminate their lease at any time with 15 day notice prior to vacating the property. Full rent payment and deposit is due on the day you move in, and the reoccurring monthly due date is on the same day you moved in every month. Application process is through the Zillow website or application where I require a credit check along with the background check.
