Late rent fee of $250/day shall be charged after 5 days late. Reusable tenant reports are not accepted. Tenant shall obtain new rental report through the Zillow renter portal. Tenant screening requires proof of ability to pay through paystubs, proof of employment, creditworthiness, references, rental history, etc. Credit check will apply. Landlord reserves the right to deny rental applications based on creditworthiness, references, rental history, inability to pay, or any other reason that may arise not in violation of the Fair Housing Act or local Seattle rental statutes.
