Is a corner unit .The paint is a neutral grey Minutes from Southern Poly (Kennesaw State) Life University and next to I-75 Huge closets if you like to have a lot of clothes or other things requiring storage. I am available every day. No bad credit and absolutely no previous evictions no matter how long ago . Acceptable credit problems( like unpaid student loans or medical bills) have to be discussed before meeting. There is also extra storage outside the condo available for a small annual fee My long term tenants get significant discounts ( sometimes 10 % or more compared to market rate)If you are planning to stay for more than one year , long term the rent will be cheaper compared to similar properties.
