Beach Get A Way is a furnished studio with full well stocked kitchen and a Queen bed. The Studio is one house away from the beach access at Diji Court to the beach trail and beach down 109 stairs. The stduio is available for an 8 month lease (October 1 to May 31, 2026) . NO smoking of any kind in the unint or on the property. No pets. Landlords pay trash, water and sewer, tenants pay prorated portion of gas and electric of the property. There is one parking spot of street reserved for the studio. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Shared storage shed available for bikes, boards etc. A stand lease will be signed by both the tenant and the landlord .
