    Awesome home especially for first home or smaller family. Wide open design with vaulted ceilings in all rooms so visually looks and feels very spacious. Floors recently redone with 16 inch tile and all counter tops redone with chiseled edging. Brand new water fixtures. AC and all blower unit components brand new with warranty. As I stated, this is a great home especially as a starter home or home for a smaller family even though it is extremely spacious. Design is largest in the neighborhood and being the corner lot adds additional Sq/Ft to property. Corner lot also allowed for larger driveway as compared to other homes in the area and larger yard. This home is the gem in the community and has been immaculately kept and has never been smoked in. Yard is completely walled in and no one directly to rear due to common area. So backyard provides alot of privacy. Home has a dog run on north side if needed and the backyard is primarily hardscaped with pavers and river rock. Backyard also has a large planter box with installed irrigation so you can plant whatever plants you like or even a garden. Locally it is close to all major freeways and is a perfectly centrally located to go north to flagstaff, south to Tucson, or West to California. School does an excellent job keeping kids from coming down the our street and offers a nice unobstructed view to the east. The biggest feature of having the school this close is that due to current laws you can be fairly assured that any criminals with felony records regarding sexual violations are no where near your home. Current laws do not allow these individuals to live within a certain distance of a school. You can even go online and confirm this fact. Just offers some peace of mind as to who your neighbors are especially if you have children.
