FINISH IT..Original Owner decided to remodel house,but only got it partially completed.He will continue to work on the improvements, until it is sold.So far kitchen has been re-done:granite tops,C-tile flrs,updated appliances and fresh paint in kitch,eat-in brkfst and Fm Rm.Patio flr replaced by flagstone.New roof-Nov,2003.In 1981,30 piers were installed to fortify slab.
