We are moving to Ohio and looking for someone to sign a one-year lease to help us get out of ours. Rent is $910.00 a month with a $250.00 move-in fee. We are happy to cover the move-in fee for you! Heat and water are included in rent. Utilities are electric and gas for cooking which run about $60 a month or less. This is an incredibly large 1 bedroom with an added living space on top of the normal living room. There is a shared balcony and the neighbors are wonderful. It's located on a quiet street next to a school. We are within 1 block of the Morse stop on the red line and just a few blocks from the beach and lake. There are so many good little food places within a few minutes walk and a fresh market. Laundry is on-site for $1.50 per wash and per dry. The laundry area includes bike, canoe, or whatever kind of storage you may need. Cats are welcome with their claws and all. Parking - plenty of street parking. During the school year, M-F you can use the school lot after 4:30pm for free and unlimited use during the weekend. Summers there are no time restrictions unless posted.
