We have a small house on our property that is now for rent. My husband's mom lived there for a long time and then my mom lived there for a long time. The neighbors are nice, the area is safe and the landlord lives on the property. We have now remodeled and updated the home - it is bright and clean and ready for move-in! The living room and kitchen are on the ground level but you should be aware that there are 3 steps leading up to the bedroom and bathroom level. We are halfway between the I-10 freeway and the Tucson Mall. Close to shopping, dining, entertainment, bus routes, etc. The house has its own carport for parking. There is a laundry room onsite that is available for use. A small dog (20 pounds or less) is allowed. Other pets are negotiable but no felines. **NOTE - VERY IMPORTANT: The utilities are billed separately for $300 per month (includes gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage, pest control). There is a laundry room onsite that you are allowed to use. You would provide your own telephone and/or cable service. This is a month-to-month house rental. The Landlord pays the housing utilities for which the tenant pays a separate Utilities fee each month. The Tenant is responsible for cable, internet and telephone. There is no smoking or vaping in the house. There is no smoking on the property but vaping is allowed outside the house. A small dog is allowed (20 pounds or less) with a Pet deposit and a monthly Pet fee. The house has its own carport and a covered front porch. There is a laundry room onsite that is available to the Tenant for use. There is a storage building available to rent for a separate monthly fee. Quiet enjoyment of the property is important to the Landlord and the neighbors.
