I hope you might enjoy our beautiful home with lots of charm in East Fayetteville, right next door to Root Elementary and down the road from McNair Middle School. If you have questions or are interested, please contact me (John - the owner). Our home has original hardwood floors thru the main living areas, a wood burning fireplace and a refinished kitchen. We recently put a light colored tile in the kitchen and dining area (not shown in pics). We only just had the living areas painted from the goldish-yellow color you see in the pics to Gossamer Veil, a light gray color. It has a very open floorplan, and can host large gatherings easily. The bedrooms are all very large and have significant closet space. The master has a nice jacuzzi tub, and there is lots of natural light in the house with new insulated windows. The detached 16x16 insulated and air conditioned studio could be used as an office, hobby area, or storage. We used it as a pottery studio, and it's been used most recently for storage. When our 3 boys started to grow up, we converted the garage to a bonus room, which we've counted as the 4th bedroom. When we lived there, we used it as a large playroom, and the current tenants have used it as an large office area, game room, and more recently as a bedroom. There is still an area between our new wall and the garage door, which has room for bikes, another fridge, or a small workshop. One of best things about the house is the huge yard. It is a corner lot that is 3/4 of an acre, which is rare in East Fayetteville. While the house is on Mission, the front yard is the size of most regular lots, so it is set back a long ways from the main road, and the driveway is on Eastwood which has little traffic. The backyard is quite large as well, with a deck, studio/workshop, an area sectioned off for dogs which can be removed, and has room for a trampoline. The 16x16 studio in the back yard is fully insulated with A/C. Behind the studio is a shed that is 16x8. If you need more storage, we floored and lit up the attic which covers half of the house.
