Some house policies: - There is enough parking for probably 3 vehicles on the property, depending on size. In the driveway and on-street in front of the house. - No smoking. - Most dogs are permitted pending landlord approval. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee to cover additional cleaning required, payable at the start of the lease term. - A $150 cleaning fee will be charged in order to prepare the property for subsequent guests. - As this property is intended to provide temporary stays, guests should not receive US Postal mail in the mailbox, and should instead utilize a PO Box or other nearby mailbox service. Receiving packages (Amazon, UPS, Fedex, etc.) is OK. - Landlord provides utilities: electricity, water, septic, trash, wi-fi, pest and lawn service. OUC bills the water and electricity together monthly, and the landlord pays up to $225 per month. Guest is responsible for any monthly OUC charge over $225, this protects the landlord from extreme water and electricity usage.
