This is a well maintained 16 x 80 mobile home set on an almost two acre lot outside the city limits. I had a rootover put on as soon as my home was delivered. The roof has a lifetime warranty as long as the home is not moved. Surrounded by woods on three sides with a creek behind my home. I also have a 10 x 8 utility shed on the end of the patio with a large shed with an awning out back. Lots of storage property also comes with a 32 foot camper in good condition. We just don't use it anymore.
