From February, 2017-April, 2017. At the end of April, both of us could choose to stay and renew the lease, or one of us, if the other was leaving. The lease terms at Madison are flexible and allow this. Your share of the rent will be $850 and you will have your own bedroom and private bathroom. The living room and kitchen are shared. I am neat, clean and quiet and would prefer a similar roommate. $850 is an excellent rate for this area and quality of apartments! Amenities available include a pool, 24 hr fitness center, clubhouse with pool table etc. Parking is included. It's at a great location: about 15 minutes from major shopping areas like the King of Prussia mall and Philadelphia Premium Outlets. Less than a mile from the Providence Town Center that includes Wegmans, LA Fitness, the Movie Tavern and more!
