The normal monthly rent is $1000+, but I got an discounted rate during winter at $901. It's really a good deal! The lease starts on July 1st, 2013, and ends at midnight of Feb. 11th, 2014. The lease may be extended with agreement of the apartment manager. A refundable security deposit is $124 due at the lease sign day, bad credit may result in a one-month rent deposit (refundable). The application fee is $40. The credit and background check will be performed by the apartment manager. Rent is due at the first day of each month with an amount of $901. The renter is required to purchase a renter insurance. The apartment is cats friendly, but dogs are not allowed. One time pet deposit of $250.00 & $30 a month Pet Rent.
