Nice 2 bed, 1 bath in great location. I will consider a small dog or one cat. Absolutely no pit bulls, Akita, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, Doberman, or any other dangerous dogs. House is currently being repainted and updated. I will not consider more than 4 people in the home and there is only one bathroom. Home will be ready September 1st. There are no viewings of the home until I get all the information I need. Also, there are no zillow applications. I will verifying all information to make sure it is true and accurate. Anyone that doesn't want to give the information I need will be excluded. Any dishonest information will also exclude you as a possible tenant. I do not accept section 8. Renter pays all utilities. Rent, security deposit, renters insurance are required before moving in. If you do have a pet, an extra 350 dollar security deposit will be required per pet.
