We've remodeled the house; new pressure treated wood decks at both exteriors entries, compete interior and exterior painting, new storm doors and fridge. The heating and air system is only a year old and we've installed energy-saving thermal windows. It's cool in the summer and warm in the winter but without a high energy bill. 1 year lease. All adults must be on lease, and children number detailed. Tenant pays for electricity. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Security deposit is due in full prior to moving in. No pets permitted indoors or outdoors, and no pet deposits accepted. Tenants will submit image of id, application, and sign off on processing application, which includes credit check, job/income verification and rental history search. No application fee will be charged. Any additional job, banking or rental history you can provide is helpful. All lease details will be in compliance with Virginia rental laws. We suggest renters insurance, but not required.
