No utility bills, no tax. A one time cleaning fee of $150 collected at the time of first month's prorated rent. The $500 security deposit takes the property off the market and is refunded on the departure date. No refund if the lease is cancelled. No pets. No smoking. Two parking spaces in the driveway. Guests can park on the cul-de-sac. One car garage being used by the owner to store personal items until a new residence is acquired. Lease can be extended or shortened outside of the 30 day Notice to Vacate (NTV). It may be extended inside that timeframe if we have no guests on a waiting list. The 30 days allows us to begin marketing the property once again. We collect rent on the full 30 days if the client decides to leave during the final 30 day NTV.
