The building has two apartment units, and the available unit is the 2nd floor upper unit apartment. The front staircase leads to your separate front balcony and entrance. You get your own washer and dryer. Great light lots of windows. Unfurnished. There is a gated backyard area that is shared by the tenants. The lower unit has a separate entranceway and door. There is a 2 car garage, one space for each unit. The current tenants use the garage for storage as the spaces are rather small and parking is so easy on the street right in front. Dahlia is a nice residential block and a brick oven pizza place just opened down the block called Benzina. Available September 1, 2021.
