Our house is a short walk to Lake Michigan's southwest shoreline and Whiting's Beach and Lake Front Park. It is a few hundred feet from our family friendly Neighborhood's small independent grocery store on our block's corner. Unique for the area is the larger lot and driveway providing off-street parking, while most others park on the street. Our house is walking distance from Whiting's well regarded elementary, middle and public high schools and a quick drive to many private schools. It is move in ready and offers three bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with tub, and unfinished basement with laundry area. Potential Renters would be obligated to pay for all their utility costs, lawn care, snow clearing, pest control, renter's insurance including liability and possibly internet and cable tv. Potential Renters must have a minimum 675 Credit Score or pay full 1 year's rent upfront to meet the rental requirements of this rental.
