Our home is on the water. We paid a "lot premium" of $100,000 ten years ago when we bought the property. The house, itself was $300,000, so the price we paid was $400,000 10 years ago, plus $18,000 more for upgrades so ten years later I completely disagree with the $388,000 price estimate on zillow. The vacant lot next to us, which is NOT on the water but will have somewhat of a" view" of the water and that lot alone is listed for $165,000 I am told. When we list our property, we will expect to be paid for a WATERFRONT property, as we did ten years ago. Our view is breath-taking!
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
