Granite countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, A/C, Flat screen Smart TV's in the living room and bedroom, queen size bed, and a 140 yr old clawfoot tub/shower. We live across the driveway, so no common walls. There is a large covered patio that has a BBQ, table/chairs, heater and lounge chairs, with a private backyard that has an organic Vegi garden and a 20ft shipping container for things like bikes, camping equip etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you would need to cook a Thanksgiving turkey dinner, except the turkey. It even comes with a Christmas tree and decorations for you to put on it. There is off street parking for two cars. EV charging is available at an additional cost based on usage. No smoking/vaping of anything allowed on the property. No drug use, this includes marijuana. No drama. The rent is $3000 a month with all utilities, cable, internet, trash, sewer and laundry access included. Reasonable dog or cat considered for an additional monthly pet fee of $100. Refundable security deposit is $3000. Credit report fee of $50 and proof of employment required after your application is accepted. Minimum 3 month stay. Zillow doesn't have a "3 month button" on their drop down menu. You must book the first 32 nights on AirBnb. This protects both you and me. After the first 32 nights, we will deal directly with each other, saving you the $350 per month AirBnb fee. No smoking/vaping of anything allowed on the property. Refundable security deposit is $3,000. $150 exit cleaning fee for all tenants due upon giving us a 60 day notice of you moving out. The guesthouse will be handed over to you in spotless condition having just gone through a deep cleaning, you are expected to maintain it in good condition with regular cleaning.
