Freshly painted, new flooring and brand new upgraded kitchen and restrooms! Owner pays for 5,100 gallons of water (tenant responsible for anything over the allocated amount). Tenant responsible for electric. First month rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Application ($50) fee is a non-refundable fee, due for any persons 18+. All approved applicants have an equal opportunity during the application process, and we do not hold or secure any units until the security deposit is received. Rental Requirements: Tenant(s) must make three times (3x) the rent (market rate), No Criminal Record, Must pass a credit check, background, and criminal check with the following information: Minimum 530 credit score for classic units, No evictions in the last 10 years, No outstanding balances to any rental entity, landlord agreement or utility company. No bankruptcies in the last 10 years.
