No exotic or dangerous animals, nor any dog or cat with any bite history, are permitted on the property. Please inquire for specific details. No smoking and no parties or events are allowed. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. There is a minimum rental age of 25. For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Nightly rate is based on standard occupancy rate and additional occupancy fees may apply. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out.
