Waterfront family home with room to park an RV/boat. Five bedrooms, three baths (one on each floor). Very comfortably furnished and fully outfitted kitchen. All linens provided, just bring your suitcase and food if you'd like to cook, or visit the local restaurants. The sunroom provides water views and a comfortable settee. Gas fireplace adds to the ambience in the family living room. Lots of games and books provided. Workspace in the master bedroom with water views. Outdoor fish cleaning station with hot and cold water as well as pet/kid cleaning station :) We are on the route of the Oregon Scenic Railway. Although it passes behind our house this is only during the day in the summer and some holidays. There is road noise from Hwy 101. Absolutely no smoking of any substance inside the home or the sunroom. Smoking must be done on the south side of the property. Prefer non-smokers. No big parties and quiet time must be observed outside from 10pm to 8am. Pets require approval, larger dogs may not be allowed. No cats. Damage of any kind will cause the deposit to be forfeited. The lease is 28 days, may be renewed if home available but not to be assumed.
