Bridgewater is very well known as a beautiful community. There are two very large dog parks, tons of walking trails, a Walgreens within walking distance, restaurants within walking distance, a Primrose daycare within walking distance, a large pool with a sunbathing area within the pool, and a small playground. The unit is very spacious and very easy to navigate the community. There is valet trash that gets picked up at your door. Granite countertops throughout the apartment, large laundry room with in-unit washer/dryer, and balcony with storage closet! The community is VERY pet-friendly and the neighbors keep to themselves, but are very friendly if you want to talk. Lease Takeover at Bridgewater Apartments in Carmel ALL FURNITURE WILL BE GONE BY MOVE-IN!! I am looking for someone to takeover my lease starting Dec 30. The apartment has been great- I'm relocating due to space needs. I have already paid the security and pet deposits for the unit, so only upfront cost you'll have is the application fee through the property management company. The apartment is very spacious with two walk in closets, a storage closet outside, two large bedrooms, kitchen with granite countertops, bathroom countertops are also granite. I do have an attached garage for an additional $125/month, however that is optional and can be kept on a month-to-month basis. There are two large dog parks, tons of walking trails, truly a beautiful area!
