Renters pay for utilities (averages about $200 per month) and does leaf and snow removal and mowing. Lawn mower is provided. No smoking. Ideal for a family or professionals. Available to rent starting on December 24, 2025. We are flexible to have a short-term or long-term lease, but long-term renters with good credit history are preferred.
