The old Victorian houses and tree lined streets invite walking. The three bedrooms are in the back of the apartment. The two off street parking places are gold in this neighborhood with alternate side of the street parking and no where to go in snowstorms. This is the lower apartment. Sunlit sun porch in front and a open porch in the back. As you can see we are packing. I will show the apartment and then you will negotiate with the landlord who will expect proof of income. We have loved it here, but we just bought a condo. Our move depends on the closing date of our new condo. Therefore apartment is available earliest July 1 latest August 1 The homeowner lives upstairs and will allow quiet pets. The filters did not allow this information, so I put 1 cat. But you can negotiate. I am flexible, contact me to arrange a tour. The homeowner will ask me the ages and sources of income for everyone who would be living here.
