We are subletting our 2-bedroom apartment in downtown Madison. It is available from May 11 2026 until August 15, 2026. Centrally located, it's a 10-minute walk to the Capitol. There is a nearby bus stop with lines going throughout the town. Wonderful view of the Mendota lake and James Madison Park. The apartment is furnished, located on the 2nd floor, spacious, very bright and cozy, quiet, and equipped with everything you may need. No central air conditioning but there is a new window air conditioner that cools the room perfectly during hot days. The furniture cannot be removed, but all the drawers, desks, shelves, etc., will be emptied for you. Coin-operated washers ($2) and dryers ($1.50) are located in the basement. The price (2,000) includes rent, heat, water, electricity, internet. The parking is not included, you will have to apply for a parking spot separately with our rental company. The security deposit is one month of rent. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. No smoking inside the apartment.
