I'm subleasing my TOP FLOOR 2BED 2.5BATH apartment at the Edge Flats. My lease runs through August 31, 2021. The apartment comes with a 50" flat screen tv and internet, cable, water, and sewer are included in rent. I'll be getting a professional cleaning done before I move out so it'll be brand new and ready for you! The Edge will furnish the entire apartment for you if you'd like. I had my own furniture so they removed some of the items for me but they can provide you with a list of all of the items they can provide for free. The current rent for a 2BED 2.5BATH is $1700-1850 if you sign your own lease. Lock in cheaper rent by taking over my lease. I started my lease in 2019 by subleasing from someone else and they kept my rent at the same lower price rather than re-signing me at the $1700-1850 level.
