The home is perched above the Ten Mile Creek frontage-rushing water complemented by possibly the largest Aspen trees in Frisco! There is room for everyone to spread out. It is an ideal spot for sharing good times with friends. This home allows for a great deal of privacy. There is a full kitchen, family room, views out to the Ten Mile Creek and Mount Royal, master suite, small loft for kids, dining area, and a split level going up to a den and one more bedroom.
