It is located less than 5 minute walk from Science Hill, the hockey rink . ~10 min to the School of Management. 1 off-street parking space is included and there is ample on street parking in front of the house. Laundry is in a separate building at the end of the street only a 2 min. walk. Rent would be $1,495 plus utilities (~$100 per month). Water is included in rent, tenant is responsible for gas, electric, internet. The apartment is currently furnished and you would have the option of purchasing the furniture other items (kitchen items, couch, beds etc).
