I'm a private owner who is renting out my home located just off the interstate at the Waldron road exit in la vergne Tennessee. This is a two bedroom one bath house but has an extra room that can be used as an office or additional bedroom. There is also a laundry room that is located just off of the kitchen. And there is a separate dining area just off of the living room. Renter will be responsible for keeping up yard work such as mowing the grass. Rent will be $1,800 a month with an $1,800 refundable security deposit and first and last month's rent will be due at the signing of the lease. Pets welcome however a $300 non-refundable pet fee will be charged regardless of the number of animals. Call or text Ashley if interested. I have changed the monthly amount of rent to 1800 so I'm not sure what price range he's looking for but I'm looking to rent it out right away as soon as possible I have had two unemployments as a single mother during the pandemic and this year alone have had two deaths in our family one on each side; and we had intended to move back to the county we had moved from this year; I was able to go ahead and get my son enrolled in school and football; however, until I find a renter for the home, we have had to drive back and forth each and every day. All of our belongings pictures have already been removed from the property so it is move-in ready now.
