Parking on side of home is ok (but not perfect as sometimes a shuffle car game is needed). There is excellent basement storage area (raised platform). Washer dryer is in 2nd floor bath. The front porch is good for container gardening and ample for table and chairs. Owner provides Wi-Fi. Renter pays for electric and heat. Prefer 1 year lease. I don't ask for damage deposit but do want last month rent at signing.
