It is a very comfortable big size studio with huge walk in closet separate dining area with ceiling fan, good size separate kitchen. walk to Acme grocery store, Walgreens, bars and restaurants. our daughter leased it and for personal reasons can not carry on the lease. So we are subletting it. lease started Dec.2020 and will end Nov. 2021. It is renewable lease. It is ready to move in now. Owner pays for water and garbage, Renter responsible for gas and electric. pets are allowed.
