Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, the home offers two designated parking spaces, ample closet space, and quality beds for a stress-free stay. Just a 7-minute walk to the beach and close to popular restaurants and grocery stores, the location combines both peace and accessibility for your day-to-day needs. Upstairs the master bedroom boasts a king bed from the Four Season's Hotel brand! The large second bedroom has 2 full size beds with ample space between them and a full sized closet, allowing for comfort and ease to share this space. Also includes a full size washer and dryer for convenience. Pet-Friendly Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A simple pre-approval questionnaire will be provided to ensure suitability. Please note: The property does not receive mail. You will need to set up a PO Box at the local post office for mail service. Payment Terms: Guests are responsible for applicable taxes and a cleaning fee in addition to rent. Full payment for the stay is due before the arrival date. Payment by card is required. A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies to stays with pets. Owner pays all utilities and pest control.
