Once parked, you will go up a set of stairs up to the main house area. From there it will split off on it's own separate, private path to the side of the house where you will find your own private entrance. Nestled in the quiet, beautiful Tangletown neighborhood, this cozy home is one block away from the main Green Lake park, and close to grocery stores and many great restaurants, but still tucked away enough to feel like a getaway from any noise from the city. This is a great living space whether you are on your own, with a partner, or with the entire family. This is an attached ADU and does have tenants living in the main part of the house. They are in their 30s and they are very respectful and quiet. For all utilities (including water/sewer/garbage, electricity, and WiFi) there will be a small flat fee of $100/m added on to the rent. This place is also fully furnished for those who prefer it to be. However, if you have your own furniture we will be more than happy to remove what is there so you can move in your own. :) All utilities and Wifi are included!! Available any time in July. A $2000 security deposit will be collected and used for holding the place as soon as the lease contract is signed. This will be refunded after moving out if everything is in order. Pets are very welcome, but there will be an extra $50/m pet fee PER pet. Prefer a 1 year lease. No daycare services please.
