This room is available in our house in the Melrose Heights community in Oceanside, a rocks throw from Vista and 5 to 10 min walk to the Melrose Sprinter station. The room is in a 4 bed / 3 bathroom home with a large backyard and doggy door. The bathroom is not directly connected to the room, but is just a turn outside the room. Includes a large shower, toilet, and single basin sink. There is driveway parking and some limited street parking. The room is approximately 10x11 with a small walk-in closet, approximately 3x3 with rack and shelves included. The room is at the front of the house away from the common areas for some privacy. A queen size bed can be supplied if needed (no other furniture available). The community includes 3 playground (2 directly connected and 1 across the street) and a pool and hot top a quick drive or short walk from the home. We also have a nature preserve directly behind the house with access for some light hiking. Type of person we would like as our roomie: *clean - we already have 2 kids to clean up after, we don't want another. That being said, we are open to reducing rent for someone who will help keep common spaces picked up & clean (more than just your own mess) *someone who is either gone all the time or who wants to build community in the home with us *someone who likes dogs & young kids (obviously lol) No smoking / gaping inside (no cigarettes) Lease Term is flexible, prefer a minimum of 6 months and then can switch to month to month. Dogs are okay, no cats (allergy) Renter expected to keep room and bathroom cleaned. Common areas are a shared responsibility (outside of kids' messes)
