I'm looking to transition my lease over to someone new! I love this apartment, but I'm working on switching my current job and leaving the area. As motivation, I'd be willing to pay your $500 security deposit. It is a one bedroom/one bath apartment located on the second floor, with a front door leading immediately outside. It comes with one assigned parking space that can be seen from the bedroom window, but still has a parking lot available if more is necessary. I have a balcony and an amazing view! Like the name entails, there is a brook running through the back of the complex that can be seen from my balcony. Central heating and a brand new wall A/C unit with a remote (installed this past August). Laundry facilities available with brand new washers and dryers that can be paid for with the electronic app PayRange (still accepts coin as well). The only thing I have to pay for is electricity (~$20/per month), the rest is taken care of by the apartment manager. Best part about this apartment, there is a main bus hub heading into the city a 5 minute walk away (23a/b and 65). Leaving downtown, there is a drop off point right outside the apartment complex.
