Nice location, with county drainage down the property line, hard packed gravel road, some fencing, mostly covered with vegetation now. Hurricane Ike flooded the property and damaged the mobile home, barn and shed. Owner did not return. Another mobile home on the property was occupied for a short time, now abandoned. All structures are heavily damaged by hurricane, fires and time. Well and septic have not been used for about 5 yrs. Clearing and cleaning could make this a wonderful home site.
