There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 8. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
