There is also a pantry(which is of course shared) and a laundry room right down the hall.YOU MUST BE A COLLEGE STUDENT.The lease is for 6, 10 or 12 months whichever you like. After that you're fine to par le vous somewhere else :). Its a gated community with a parking garage located close to the University of Louisville. For those who go to the University of Louisville or JCC there is a shuttle that will take you there. I live with one person, a girl in a first floor apartment. Neither of us currently has pets but if you'd like one you can bring one , the apartment charges a pet deposit of 150 I believe.The rent covers all utilities and internet and cable. So the 535 gets you a loft style 2 bedroom apartment with internet(wi-fi if you have a router) and cable. My roommate works double shifts most of the time so she's rarely here. You get one of the two bedrooms. This is much cheaper than a 4 bedroom and on the first floor.
