Great 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with in-unit washer/dryer in the Jade community. The dual master set up give you plenty of privacy. The location has a walk score of 98, is a few blocks from BART and major bus lines. Lots of great restaurants, bars, etc within walking distance. One secure parking space is available for 100/month. Water, trash, and gas are included in the rental price. Renter is responsible for electricity and internet. Our building offers Google Fiber and Monkeybrains -- the recommendation from the Jade community is that Monkeybrains is the best option (and only $35/month). We are the original owners and have lived here fore 15 years. Our unit is very well insulated (have not turned on heating in 10+ years) and has double pane windows, honeycomb energy efficient curtains, and blackout curtains. Shower pressure is very good. Lots of storage in bedrooms and kitchen. Like most units in Oakland, there is no AC, which makes it toasty a few days a year. Some residents like getting portable AC, although going to a coffee shop during those hot spells can suffice. There's two community outdoor spaces: one primarily used by dog owners, and a rooftop with grill. We also have a Luxor storage machine for amazon/delivery packages to keep your packages safe. 15+ month minimum lease preferred. Gas, water, and trash is included.
