It includes a sprinkler system and landlord does lawn maintenance. The kitchen has room for a full size refrigerator with a water line hookup for an icemaker / water dispenser. Dishwasher is included. There are is a laundry closet for full size washer and electric dryer. The units are well insulated and we do HVAC maintenance at least once a year to keep the HVAC in good working order. Photos are of the 1509 unit which is a mirror image of this duplex. This duplex has not been vacant in the ten+ years I have owned the property. The 1509 unit was recently repainted and 1511 will be repainted before move-in, assuming there is time. Renter responsible for utilities, landlord pays for mowing bi-weekly. I prefer to rent summer to summer, we can do a one or two year lease. The yard is not fenced. We will negotiate on reasonable pets. Tenants are responsible for making sure any approved pets are not a nuisance to fellow tenants. Applicants are more likely to be successful with good verifiable rental history, 2 years continuous employment with gross pay exceeding 3x the monthly rent and credit scores above 620.
