This beautiful home would be perfect for multigenerational or large families. It has an upstairs large master bedroom with a decent size closet and a bonus linen closet. This room has a great view of the La Plata mountain range. It was set up with two queen beds and an office area just to give you an idea of how large the room is. It connects to a small hallway on the third level, the hallway branches to another small bedroom with closet and a full bath in between the two rooms. Then if you walk down the half flight of stairs, you step into what we are using as our dining area that is an open concept space that joins a large wraparound bar seating area which surrounds the kitchen with granite countertops and tons of cabinets for storage. There’s another area for a small kitchenette, and then you can step down into what we use as our living and exercise area, which is much like a sunroom that has beautiful windows and opens to a ground level exterior sliding patio doors. Off of that room is a ground level large master bedroom with full bath, and a large loft space that opens to a storage area above the garage. The loft has been used as a living room and as a full-size bedroom.The bedroom has its own double patio doors to go outside. If you go downstairs from the dining room area, there is a 3/4 bath. It doesn’t have a bathtub just a large vanity, toilet, and small shower. The little hallway has a small bedroom with closet on one side, the bathroom in the middle, and to the right, a door that goes into a very spacious laundry room with hot water heater closet. This laundry room has an opening to the large crawlspace that you can almost stand up in. This area also has a lot of storage space and washer and dryer. All rooms have individual baseboard heat with thermostats, and all tiled floors are heated with individual thermostats, even in the bathrooms. The kitchen has a sunlight and living area has a small wood-burning stove. There’s a rooftop swamp cooler that cools the whole house really well. Outside there’s space to park two vehicles in the driveway and a one car garage that’s very spacious. I have a ton of storage with 4 kayaks, shelving, and can still get my Ford F150 truck with no problem. There’s a side door that goes into the side yard and gates that open to that side yard that is fenced and separated from the backyard. That side yard space is large enough to store a large boat or small camper. The backyard has a covered storage area and small framed storage building and another clubhouse type structure. There’s also a Grapevine built on top of a wooden play structure that’s really cool. The hot tub was working great, I had to replace the pump for it two years ago. I didn’t use it for over a year, so I have drained it and haven’t turned it on this past year. There’s also a beautiful water feature with a pump to make a waterfall run down a stream and end in a small pond. There’s also three large cottonwood trees that provide beautiful shading, an apple tree and another decorative tree. There’s also a small raised bed garden and second patio area that’s a perfect place for a hammock or bench swing. My family and I have really enjoyed living here, but with my son‘s being married and moving to different places, it’s time to downsize.
