We have 1 room opening in our 3bed/1 bath Baker Beach apartment in the Presidio. $978/month - Across the street from Baker Beach and 29 bus stop - Views of the ocean and Marin Headlands - Rad community that will often do a baker beach bonfire gathering - Communal washer/dryer across the parking lot - Permit parking included in utilities $25/month & includes one reserved spot which gets switched monthly between the 3 roomies Available as soon as your Presidio application is approved! (We can help with the app) Room: $977.44 base rent (without utilities) - 9.6’ x 9.6 ’. One window facing North, views of the Marin Coast. Has closet in room and also includes one large personal hallway closet. Move in Dates/Leasing Terms: Ideally at least an 8 month lease, but we can be flexible on this (the official lease is until end of August 2024). If you are able to find someone to replace you on the lease you can vacate early but roomies need to approve of the person first + 30 days notice. Ideally looking for someone who will stay longer - especially if we get along well! Room is available in as little as 1 week after your application is approved until a latest move-in date of January 1st. Utilities/Communal Costs: Reserved parking included and rotated between the roomies monthly. ($25 each per month) this includes the parking spot + 2 parking passes for the street.
