You would be walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on South Congress (including Vespaio, San Jose, Music Lane, Jo's, etc.) and a block from little Stacy Park, and a couple blocks from Big Stacy (including Big Stacy Pool) while at the same time being in a quiet, serene part of the neighborhood with off-street parking. It's the best of all worlds! We are leaving on a sabbatical year abroad and will be back in August 2022.
