Come with a refrigerator, oven/range, and a washer/dryer, It has air-conditioning and a strong wall heater, It comes with one parking space. I will be showing this property this Saturday 2/15/25 between 10AM & 4PM. 1 year lease. If the tenant decides to leave with one year, there will be a 1 1/2 month rent fee due as of the day of tenant occupying their unit. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water and electricity) used inside their unit. This is a non smoking unit/building. Any modification to the unit must be approved by the landlord. We do not allow pets anymore, but will consider a pet under the weight of 20lbs. Only 1 person is responsible for the lease obligations. If the lease holder specifies at the signing that a second person will be living in the unit, I will need their information. If the lease holder moves out, the second person must leave as well, unless approved by the landlord.
