This is a newly renovated apartment in an english basement of a fan townhome. We are on a gorgeous, neighborly street in walking/biking/bus distance to anything you could want, including VCU. One wall is entirely windows, with brand new kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher) and built-in banquette seating, in-unit washer/dryer, a light-filled living room/kitchen, enormous bedroom with a large closet, and a small extra "multipurpose room" in the back (with its own cedar closet) for gym/yoga space, art room, guest crash pad, etc. I'm the landlord and live in the house above. The entry to the apartment shares a vestibule with my kitchen, so we'll need to be friendly and trusting. I live with an adorable cat and even more adorable baby. The apartment is unusual but very cool. It's perfect for a grad student, nursing/med student, or other awesome person. The courtyard has space for bike storage. **PLEASE tell me a little about yourself in your inbound or request or tour.** $100/mo fixed fee for water, electricity, trash/recycling, and FiOS internet. Cat's allowed No smoking This is the fan - so there's no parking at the unit. You will get a sticker that allows you to park in Zone 1 anywhere you like (and I usually find parking). If this doesn't work I can also lease one of my spaces in a deck down a block for $150/month (can include EV charging). The entry to the apartment is the shared side door to my kitchen - thus the renter and I will be the the same room for a minute. Thus - we'll need to like each other and trust each other. The "multipurpose" room cannot be used as a second bedroom (1 tenant is strongly preferred). We can share use of the back patio and shed storage. Only a few guests please for noise control (or with a lot of notice in advance if it's a special occasion).
